Start \ Programs \ Solidworks \ Solidworks Sp X.X \ Solidworks Tools
\ Solidworks RX - Click Problem Capture tab, and follow each step
per the yellow box on the right. Once you have the *.zip file saved,
send that file to your support email account. If the file exceeds
5MB please inform your Support team and they will probably have you
send the file to their FTP or if your company has one pout the file
up there for them to download.
